Travel Made Easy with my Favorite New App
You have heard me talk about Bublup…the app that does the work of at least 5!! Well, I recently used it for something pretty big and I want to tell you all about it!
As I mentioned a few weeks back, we were planning a big trip to Denmark. Now for some…traveling out of the country with your children for two weeks may not be a big deal. For someone like me who is often compared to Monica on Friends…it WAS a big deal and required lots of planning and organizing! I had so many questions and between the kids and I…we did so much research. Now that we had all of this information from Pinterest, Google, and various sites…what should we do with it? That was the question.
Thank You Bublup!!! If you ask Mr. BeesNBurlap I’m really not that organized. I am in my head but have a hard time putting it all on paper or as he says…making a list. With Bublup I created a folder. Within this folder, I was able to not only make lists but save links, files, photos, etc.
The nice thing about Bublup is that you have an extension you can easily put on your computer so every time you browse, search or google something…you can immediately save it using the extension right to your folder. Or download the mobile app…It couldn’t be easier.
So before we left, I created a folder titled Denmark. The cool part was that I could share this folder with everyone in our family and as they found links, apps or anything else of interest they could add it and we could all see it and share it. It really made our family trip much less overwhelming and way more fun!
From places to eat…
castles to visit…
sights to see…
And even apps to use such as currency converters, translation apps and google maps. That way when we got over to Denmark we didn’t have to spend time searching for what we needed. It was all under one folder and we all had access to it.
Now that I’m home, I’m using Bublup to store all my photos. All 3000+! But again, it’s so easy because while I took most of my photos with my phone camera, it takes no time at all to upload them because I have the Bublup mobile version on my phone. So I can sort and select and hit share and immediately they upload to my Denmark folder. Then to save my eyes, I can view them on my laptop and sort some more.
I can’t wait to share them with you! Stay tuned because I’ll show you how cool and “fancy” Bublup makes sharing photos! For now, I have to share a few favorites to give you a taste of this beautiful country. I couldn’t help myself…I took pictures in front of old buildings, castles and of course a lonely bicycle!
I even found some amazing Antique Shops…funny how I knew what the sign said without knowing the language! Can you see it?
This country stole our hearts! While the weather may seem dark and gray in some pics, it would change constantly. One minute cool and gray, then sunny and warm. My hair was constantly being blown about by the wind…which is the norm over there! FYI for all you ladies with long hair…bring a hat! 😉 But I can’t wait to go back and I have all my notes saved for next time!
You can now download Bublup in the App Store and Google PlayStore!!
So while I’m uploading the photos I took, so can the rest of the family. Another cool feature about Bublup is everyone can share photos to one folder…whether you have an Apple or Android product. Which means my family with Apple products can share and view photos with me even though I have an Android. No more telling people…I don’t have a Cloud to drop it to! 🙂 I have a Bublup!
I am still learning all that it can do, but it really is one of the coolest apps out there and I predict it will be one of the most popular this year! Whether you use it for work, school or just to organize your life…you need to try it out. Feel free to use my link and get a premium account for free, which includes 100GB of online storage!
