Our New Outdoor Sanctuary in the Country sponsored by Joss & Main

Here it is, as promised our refreshed outdoor oasis. I added a dining space, an outdoor living room, and even a garden section!

Since I haven’t been able to get out and shop like normal, I shopped our home and yard. 😉 I was excited to work with my friends at Joss & Main and get a few new pieces to add as well. They have a huge selection to choose from and they deliver right to your door!

We had a large fire pit area but I wanted to add more defined spaces. So I moved some potted plants around, played musical “furniture” with our existing lounge set, added a huge patio umbrella and my new pieces from Joss & Main. It feels like it doubled in size.

So I moved our Lounge Set from one side of the backyard to the fire pit area and it works so well. It’s cozy and allows us all to hang out either with our coffee in the morning or for dinner around the fire at night. Across from the firepit is a stone patio we put in last year. That’s where the biggest changes took place.

Rather than just an empty space, I created this sweet little dining space. Perfect for “date night” with Mr. BNB or lunch with my girls or maybe some simple alone time listening to the birds. I absolutely love it. Let me show you around.

You can’t have a dining space without a table. I got this white metal outdoor dining table from Joss & Main and it’s perfect. Love the white, love that it’s easy to clean and it has a nice small footprint for the space. I layered the area with a jute rug, candles and lanterns I already had. Next up was seating.

I found the most beautiful chairs on Joss & Main. They are so cool and really comfortable. It was love at first sight!

Sitting across from the pizza oven these chairs make the dining space feel like a fancy bistro! What do you think? Of course, I won’t leave them out here in bad weather! 😉 I even shopped for a few accessories to add to the space.

How many of you thought this orange tree was real? It sure looks real! But it’s faux. I wasn’t able to go to the local nursery to get any plants or trees so when I saw this one online at Joss & Main I grabbed it. It’s even better because it will never die and I can move it around the house. It looks so real! And the baskets I put it in is also from Joss & Main and part of a 2 piece set. Both of these items were well worth the money and were even better than I expected.

I’m in love with how our backyard is expanding and the new areas we have created. I hope I’ve inspired you as well. Take a minute to dream up a cozy space and then go and create it.
