Boho Chic and Cozy Fall Retreat!

You know what time it is? It’s time to get my back porch on!! 😉 As the cooler temps approach and Fall rolls in…I plan on spending lots of time out here with family and friends! Come on over and enjoy the beautiful retreat I created with my friends from At Home!

If you’ve followed me for a while, you may remember when we turned this unused and unappreciated back porch into another living space. You can see it all here.

For the hotter months, I keep it simple out here because honestly it’s only used in the evenings. But when Fall and Winter arrive, I like to spend lots of time out here so Cozy is the Key! I partnered with my friends from At Home and made it even more chic and fabulous than before. Sharing some more Wall to Wall Fall Decor out here. While I love many different styles throughout our home. The back porch has always been my Bohemian, Eclectic space where colors and textures abound!!

At Home had so many beautiful pieces for Fall and they worked so well out here. I was drawn to all the golds, jewel tones, velvets and furs (faux furs) 😉 . I created layers and layers!

Create A Divider

One thing I love about this store is that they sell patio pieces year round. Living in Florida, we need that because we use our patios and porches at least 360 days a year. I wanted to create a natural divider between us and our beloved dog Ford’s crate. While I love him, I don’t necessarily want his crate to be a focal point on the porch.

I used some planters from At Home to create a divider with some wild grasses. It hides the crate and creates an organic divider that I can change seasonally. I mentioned in my stories that one thing I really love about At Home is that you can find things in multiples. If I find one pot I love, odds are I can find another one or two as well. They have everything!!

Time to Add the Chic to the Retreat

I dressed up the barn door coffee table with a gorgeous indigo colored runner and added a variety of candle holders in different colors, vases and lanterns. I even added this red maple leaf garland for that perfect Fall touch!

I threw some large velvet pillows and even a faux fur one onto the outdoor sofa.

I added a faux fur hide as well for an extra touch of cozy and texture.

I added lots of gold because nothing says Chic more than that. I found this gorgeous hammered gold end table and beautiful green glass piece at At Home. I wanted the space to feel like a real room. By adding more than just patio decor, it became a true retreat.

Add Pieces of Interest

At Home had this great selection of tall and I mean tall pillar candleholders. I got them for a steal and love how they look here. The wood is beautiful and they look like something I picked up on my travels.

I added this unique driftwood side table to create the perfect seating area. I’ve never seen anything like it and it will work with a Spring/Summer look as well.

The candle, black pot, and gold magnolia branch are all from At Home as well. They literally had everything I needed to dress this space up.

I couldn’t forget the floors. How cool is this grass rug? I added it under the swing chair I have outside because I thought it was whimsical and fun and turns out it is! My daughter said it feels like we have a park on the back porch. It is also incredibly soft. It’s kind of fun sitting on the swing with your bare feet touching the grass. You need to get one of these!

Finishing Touches

Being that it’s Fall, I sprinkled some cute touches around from feather covered pumpkins to gold acorns!

So there you have it! The Porch all dressed up for Fall. I’m so excited to start hanging out here with family and friends. A cozy retreat for sure! Like I said before if you can’t find it at At Home, it hasn’t been made yet! They have everything you need and more!
